For international orders outside the EU, shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and Refunds

At Bão The Label, your satisfaction is at the heart of our experience. Should your piece not meet expectations, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items remain unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and approved, typically within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
