Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not
guarantee acceptance.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in cases of a payment issues,
suspected fraud or stock unavailability.
If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full.
7. Pricing, Taxes & Currency
Prices are displayed in CHF (Swiss Francs) by default.
For administration purposes, B√£o The Label accepts payments only in:
CHF - Swiss Francs
EUR - Euro
USD - US Dollar
AUD - Australian Dollar
No other currencies are supported.
Prices may vary depending on shipping destination, taxes or logistics fees.
International orders:
We operate under a DDP - Delivered Duties Paid model.
This means :
- customers pay shipping fees at checkout
- Bão The Label covers remaining import and clearance fees
Prices, accepted currencies, shipping fees and customs processes may be updated
at any time without prior notice.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for the delays caused by customs
or carriers, incorrect delivry information provided by the customer or a lost/stolen
packages after the carrier marks the package as delivered.
International shipments may experience longer transit times.
8. Returns & Refunds
We offer returns under the conditions listed on our Return Policy page.
To be eligible the items must be :
- unworn, unwashed and unused
- the tags must still be attached
- the items must be returned within the allowed return period (30 days)
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless legally required.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our criteria.
9. Payment Methods
We accept major payment methods available through Shopify Payments and
approved third-party processors (e.g., credit cards, Apple Pay, Klarna).
By completing a purchase, you authorize the payment processor to charge the full
order amount. We do not store complete credit card information.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including:
- logos and brand name “Bão The Label”
- images
- product designs
- text and layoutis the exclusive property of Bão The Label and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, resell or distribute any content without
our written consent.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your login details and for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of misuse or
fraudulent activity.

We are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices or their performance.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
