All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping rates & delivery times
Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Switzerland & Europe: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–12 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing or carrier delays.
International shipping & customs
For orders shipped outside Switzerland, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking your order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package in real time.

Incorrect address
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot guarantee delivery. If your order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
