The silk embodies exceptional quality and care, having been meticulously tested to ensure it is free from harmful substances and gentle on both the skin and the environment.

Both fabrics are certified by OEKO-TEX®.

- Dry clean recommended. (We recommend you use an eco-friendly provider that avoids harsh chemicals.)

- Do not bleach.

- Iron at low temperature and without steam.

- Do not tumble dry.

Returns and Refunds

At Bão The Label, your satisfaction is at the heart of our experience. Should your piece not meet expectations, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items remain unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and approved, typically within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
